Purchases made at Guliap Factory are subject to the general sales conditions contained on the page at the time the corresponding purchase order is placed. The formalization of an order entails their full acceptance.<\/p>\n

The information regarding the availability of a work of art, which appears on the page, is subject to change without prior notice depending on the demand of our clients and the disposition of our artists.
When you place an order, you will We will confirm by email and inform you of any changes in availability regarding the works you want. You must review said email and immediately notify us of any error or discrepancy regarding the price, delivery or method of payment.
Guliap Factory reserves the right to cancel those orders made based on typographical or arithmetic errors or that contain a inaccurate shipping address that may hinder the delivery of the works.
Guliap Factory respects your right to change your mind. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so by writing to the email address info@guliapfactory.com the order number you wish to cancel.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Orders will be delivered in a single shipment.
Shipping costs will be paid independently for each shipment.
The delivery time of each item will be subject to the place of destination of the order, the availability of the works and the type of shipment that you have requested.
In international shipments, the additional costs derived from the different customs clearance must be paid by the customer.<\/p>\n

Guliap Factory accepts bank transfer as electronic means of payment.<\/p>\n

RETURN\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guliap Factory will accept all returns that are made within the indicated period (7 days from receipt of the item) and provided that the work of art is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, being duly informed of said return with a minimum of 3 days. in advance.
Once the work has been received at our address in Barcelona, Guliap Factory will proceed to check its status before proceeding to refund the amount.<\/p>\n

TAXES\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guliap Factory applies taxes as established by current Spanish legislation.<\/p>\n

APPLICABLE LAW\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Purchases made at Guliap Factory are subject to current Spanish regulations and the rest of the concordant legislation.
Regarding any discrepancy or divergence that may arise regarding compliance or interpretation of the purchase agreement reached, or any of its conditions , the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.<\/p>\n
